Application Process

1. Obtain a copy of child's birth certificate to upload.
2. Obtain a Certificate of Immunization Status form (not a doctors' printout) See Forms and Information tab on ways to obtain this form. 
3. Review the Preschool Readiness Checklist. There will be a signature required page on the application. 
4. Review the Potty Trained Policy. There will be a signature required page on the application. 
5. Application fee of $75
6. Review dates for a New Parent Orientation meeting. Enrollment will be contingent on a parent attending ONE of the offered dates. There will be a signature required page on the application.  Offered dates: May 14th 6:30pm;
   ​May 19th 6:30pm;  June 3rd 6:30pm
